Our Promise
Every Grace & Glow candle is carefully hand-poured and quality-checked before it leaves us. If your candle arrives damaged, we will make it right.
Damaged in Transit
Please message us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will replace your candle at no additional cost.
Unused & Sealed
Unused, sealed candles may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
